Question PC Restarts Under Load

Hey guys!

I just upgraded from an i5 8600k to an i9 9900k. Now while gaming it will randomly restart. If I try to benchmark it, the pc restarts as soon as the load starts.
My current build is:
i9 9900k
Asrock z370 Extreme 4(Updated Bios to 4.2 on i5. On the Asrock CPU support list it says 4.1? Would that be a big deal?)
G Skill Ripjaws 2x8gb DDR4 2400
EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 Super
H100x Corsair Radiator
Lepa MXF1 600W PSU
Thermaltake view 31

Reinstalled Windows 10.... Loaded Bios to defaults...
IS my MOBO a POS for the i9 even though it says it can support it?

Okay, SO I actually just put my i5 back in and it is still restarting under load.
New PSU?
