Pc restarts when I try to play a game

Can some help me out when I try to play a game or do a stress test my pc restarts I have a amd Radeon r9 390 gpu, 750 watt corsair, 16gb ram and a as rock HD board 620 system memory
 
Solution

- If overclocking your hardware, it is overclocked to an unstable amount.

- Overheating components (CPU/GPU)

- Your GPU isn't working properly, or is faulty.

- Your PSU isn't working properly, or is faulty.

= Lower the clock speed of your GPU. If the game runs, it's likely the GPU is faulty. However, it is also a possibility that the PSU just can't handle full power load as well.

Solution
Probably a failure, When your PC fails, it restarts for its own safety. It can be turned off though.
1.In Windows, search for and open View advanced system settings.

2. Click Settings in the Startup and Recovery section. ...
Remove the check mark next to Automatically restart under System Failure, then click OK. ...

3. Restart the computer.
