Hello, I just bought pretty much all new parts for my computer and whenever I am playing games my screen will just turn black and my computer will restart.
Specs:
Tomahawk B450
Ryzen 5 3600 6-core processor
GTX Geforce 1660 TI
650 watt corsair bronze edition
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz

Solution
You could try a bios update to be sure. It could just be that. Also, make sure GPU/system drivers/Windows are fully up to date.

But after that if you still have the same issues, it's likely the PSU.
You pretty much bought all the parts new, except the PSU, right?

What exact model is it.? Restarts like that are normally down to the PSU. I'd suggest getting a decent Gold unit. EVGA G2/G3 650w, Seasonic Focus Plus Gold, Corsair RMX/Rmi 650w.

Any of those will serve you well.

The PSU is not that old I bought it maybe 4 or 5 months before upgrading all my other parts

It should still be okay, and sufficient for the build, but if you are having random crashes like that at load, then it indicates the PSU.

Can you swap the PSU to try with another one, or get a lend of one from a friend. Otherwise you could bring it to a repair store, and ask them to swap out PSU to test before buying a new one.

It's possible even though it's relatively new, it's a faulty PSU, so you could RMA it. Something to consider too.

It only restarts when I am playing games but other then that it has no problems, is there anyway it could be the cpu when I bought it I never adjusted any of the cpu settings because I don't know enough about it to set it properly

The CD that came with the motherboard also came with apps like Supercharger and Xboost could that also be a problem I just never have had those apps so I wasn't sure. I never had any problems with power until installing this stuff.

I'm relatively new to the PC parts and understanding it so sorry for so many questions but thank you so much for helping.

Personally, I almost never use the additional apps that came on such CDs. I typically don't trust the source and little (if anything) is truly gained.
