Pc restarts while gaming

1.Every time i turn on game, after 10-20 minutes,sqares appear on the screen and it says "no signal". I think it is suposed to restart but nothing is happining. Only black screen.When it is restarted it runs perfect without any issue all day.
Problem appears only when i turn pc on, first time in that day.

2.Also, my pc reboot time is 2-3 minutes , and when windows loading screen is displayed,strange sound come from pc, and instead of logging in screen, windows loading screen appear again

X4 845
Rx 560 4gb
8gb ram
Hdd 350Gb
500w

It is few months old, and first problem appeard about 1 month ago.
