Pc revs up then shuts off and revs back up

Hi my pc was working fine a couple days ago then I started getting blue screens with system service exception and attempted of non excute memory then today it just revs up then turns off then revs up again but will not boot at all not even Motherboard logo
I have a 4770k
Gtx 970
16gb corsair platinum (pretty new)
And a 600 watt corsair tx power supply
Gigabyte ga-z97-hd3 mobo
What is the problem? I hope the Motherboard because that would be the one of the cheapest to replace

Reset the bios (via jumper, or CMOS battery) and see if it fixes it. Could be CPU temp too if your cooler came loose?

It says noting now there is nothing on the screen it revs up fans spin lights turn on then off then on again before it did thisnit had the blue screen messages that are listed in my post
