I have an high-end tablet and laptop 2v1, however, it does come only with integrated Intel chip, so I am unable to play Counter-Strike: GO at 100+ FPS. That being said CS:GO is the only game I would play with this new PC. I understand, CS:GO is not demanding game but I may change my mind and play something else in the future. I don't want to spend more than $250 because it's not really necessary thing for me as I don't play often, just want to go on game with friends sometimes.
Now, I am thinking about something like this, but I am unsure about the GPU. People say and even benchmarks shows it is competitive with 1060, but they are still quite expensive on eBay. I don't know if there is any other GPU (possible newer) that would be on par and cost less than $75. (Maybe GTX 780?)

What do you think? Is it still worth it for 690 if it's just 60 USD? I don't care about watt usage to be honest.
