Question Pc rlly slow after force reboot

My computer froze and didn’t unfreeze so I force rebooted it and now it’s rlly slow

full system spec? include make and model of the psu
check cpu/gpu temp?

CPU: intel core I3 6100 37 degrees
PSU: can’t remember (sorry)
GPU: nvidia GeForce Gtx 950 28 degrees

Try a cold boot. Turn off your PC, unplug the cord from the back, hold down the power button for a few seconds, re-attach the power cord and reboot.
