My laptop has a very funny problem where it runs benchmarks perfectly but fails to keep up with its game expectations. My components are 1060 (6gb), 17-7700hq,16 gb ram, 1.5tb hdd, 256 gb ssd. For example I can get easily 3600 on TimeSpy Extreme hd which is equal to most of the benchmarks done by other people with the same specs and in Uningine Vally I can get 57 fps whereas I can only achieve about 50 fps on R6 Siege on high and average 25 fps Watch Dogs 2 on high at 1600x900 and for most other games I also fall short of the general average for laptops with similar specs. According to my youtube understandings of the situation I should be getting 100+fps on ultra on R6 and 45 fps average on ultra 1080p Watch Dogs 2. Please help me solve this.
Thanks

You should always take YouTube videos showcasing gameplay with a huge grain of salt unless you can figure out the overlay is genuine. Have you come across threads of end users stating the sort of FPS' they've seen on the titles you're talking of? You may want to try other titles as well.

Speaking of trying, are you on the latest driver revision for your GPU? What of your motherboard BIOS?

Hey thanks for your speedy reply, i haven't seen anyone else with the same problem as me and I have tried other titles like Dragon Age Inquisition and BF1, Ark, Wolfenstein 2 and many more all of which except Ark seem to be struggling. I have the latest Nvidia drivers but i am not sure what you mean about the BIOS?
