PC running but other components no response

I left my computer running suddenly there was a blackout of electricity after it come I switched on my computer it started beeping 9 times and flashing after I checked cables inside nd removing dust beeps stopped but mouse ,keyboard and monitor show no signs of signal from my PC please help me

what the make of the computer? could be psu failed.
