So this is a problem that's recently started. I built my new pc about a month ago, and it's been running perfectly, but the past few days I've been trying to play games (specifically Sid Meyer's Civilization 5, and Elder Scrolls Online) and a few minutes into the game my computer will tell me I'm running low on memory and I should restart programs. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit and this is my system.

Rosewill Thor v2
Asus Sabertooth x79 mobo
Intel I7 4860K
16 G of corsair vengeance RAM
Windforce GTX 770 Oc 2G
256 G Crucial mx100 SSD
4 TB WD Green HD
Corsair hx1000i Power supply

I know My power supply is overkill, but I got it to leave room for upgrading. The massive HD is for video and graphic work. Thanks for the help!

BTW. Your P/S is overkill. *thumbs-up*

I know ESO suffered from a few memory leak problems a few months back but as fair as I know most issue where fixed from recent updates and customer care.

It may seem a bit weird but some incidents were fixed by going into internet explorer and disabling hardware acceleration. Don't ask my why it worked for some people it just did, I'm too sure of the witchcraft behind it.

Maybe Eso and Civilization have that in common who knows.

If you're playing much in Cyrodiil and suffering from lag in large groups too turning off hardware acceleration also works a treat.

I don't use Internet explorer, so I don't know if that could be the problem? They both use directx11 i believe. And I haven't been able to get past the tutorial in eso.

Even if you don't use internet explorer as default it is still linked to the eso launcher and game so I'd take a look at the settings anyways just to be safe.

I'm just running through the eso trouble shooting here also closing the launcher after you launch the game and putting in windowed full screen should help with the leak.

I followed all of your steps and the problem remains.
