Question PC Running no picture?

Recently built a new PC Specs include

-AMD FX 8350 8 Core Black edition.
-MSI 970 Krait Motherboard
-Nvdia Gforce GTX 760 GPU X2) (temp GPUS for time being have swapped with other cards already including AMD)
-H100i Liquid Cooler.
-EVGA DDr3 Superclocked RAM 8GB X2
-Samsung 1tb SSD

When the system is powered on no signal is being outputted to the monitors. I have tried HDMI and DVI, neither work. All fans function, LED's too.
I have tried swapping out GPU's, trying different ports, checked all connections on the motherboard and referred to the motherboard manual.
I have also tried changing the ram to G skill Rip jaw and using one stick and changing it through all ports.
Not too sure what to try next, the motherboard doesnt have any video ports.

Ya same here I get no signal on my tv bought new motherboard old one does samething used it for 6 years new PSU have HDMI in graphics card slot have internal speaker in no beeps even when I take ram or GPU out strange man even swapped another cpu still didn't work
