[SOLVED] PC running poorly

Hey, few weeks back I ran into USB power surge issue and tried to solve it but couldnt really find anything other than plugging my mouse into my case instead of mobo. Now the mouse started randomly disconnecting even when connected to case. I also started to feel like my fps in games has gotten lower so I ran UBM and got terrible results: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/52897765
Not sure how to start fixing this, does this look like a faulty PSU?

You might want to look in the bios and enable xmp/docp.
Your running the ram at low speed.

userbenchmark never like amd system. if you system don't have other issue, I wouldn't worry about it

Try this.
Download ubm.
Reboot and wait a few mins.
Run ubm with the browser closed.
Post a link to the results.

userbenchmark never like amd system. if you system don't have other issue, I wouldn't worry about it

Well Im still a bit confused as my SSDs are running really poorly.. Also still have the problem with my USBs but that might be a faulty mouse tbh.
