Pc running really slow

Hi guys,

So basically I've just rebuilt/upgraded my old gaming pc I had in the cupboard as i want to start gaming again

My friend put me a windows 10 installer on a usb for me all installed okay I've noticed though it seems to be lagging and freezing on me a lot not loading pages as quick as expected Just generally seems really slow waiting for ages for stuff to load even something as simple as Google chrome,

My specs are :
Asus A88xm-a motherboard
A8-6600k x4 3.9ghz processor
1tb western digital green hdd
4x4gb ddr3 Kingston hyper x ram
Nvidia GeForce gigabyte GT730 2gb graphics card
Ace 750w psu
Running windows 10 64bit

Any more info needed let me know ,

Someone please help me I just want my computer running right I mean it's not bottom end it should be fairly quick especially for low detail games and browsing the web etc??

You have a very slow HDD never meant to run OS from. Pop in an SSD for OS at least.
