PC running slow 95% of ram used

I'm having this problem from yesterday 95% of the ram is being used i have 4gb of ddr3 and there's no such a process running to use that much of ram, the only processs using highest amount of ram is the Firefox browser itself (which i'm using right now) i already did scanned with "MalwareBytes" and my AntiVirus but still it's using 95% of the ram and so pc is running slow very slow
