Question PC running slow despite good specs

My computer Is running slow. I don't think its a virus because I dual boot with Linux and when I play a game on Windows then the same game ported to linux, the game still lags just as bad,

GPU: ROG Strix AMD Radeon 570

PSU: Kingwin MK-750W

Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000Mhz 2x8 16GB

OS: Windows 10 64-bit

Edit: trying to run the games at 1920x1080 which is the same as my monitor
