PC running slow, short time after fresh install of windows

I had this problem for some time now, i have installed a new SSD and installed windows on it, it was good for some time and then it got so slow again. Programs keep freezing and everything is slow even soundcloud and youtube keep cutting out.
i have installed all drivers cpu temps are around max 50. If someone can help me i would appriciate it

OS: Windows 10 now went back to Windows 7
specs:
Motherboard: Biostar h81mdc v7.2
Cpu: Intel Pentium G3220 3.0 Ghz
Ram: G.Skill 4GB
SSD: Kingston a400 120GB (Boot only)
HDD: Western Digital 500GB
Western Digital 250GB
GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce GT 710 1GB GDDR3
PC is only used just for music/DJing ,playing some basic games like MW3 and Photoshop nothing special

Make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard. Did you create the bootable installer for Windows 10 using Windows Media Creation Tools? You forgot to include the make and model of your PSU and it's age.

I jusy updated bios, its a bit faster now, but not as it used to,PSU is Trendosnic atx 800w its a new one, no i have not created the bootloader using Windows Media Creation Tooll
