Question pc running slow

So i've just got this Gaming PC 3 days ago and i've noticed that my desktop is running slow, i've play tested some games they seem fine, and what's happening is slight lags times to load folders and stuff and this as well. Here's a video

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11600K @ 3.90GHz
DDR4 16 GB ram
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060

I've had to turn it to csm because of my OS is on a SSD and uefi wont pick it up other wise
i've turned on Gamer boost for CPU and Ram in MSI Bios
I have integrated graphics turned off so it's only the RXT being used
I have my cores turned to ALL it was set to turbo ratio offset...could be that tho ?

When i did get the PC it did come with metal USB with all the drivers on, apart from the drivers for the GPU, thankfully i still had GeForce Experience installer stored on my SSD, and that's how i managed to get my GPU up and running.
If you got any ideas that would be amazing thank you.

did you do a fresh os install?

and you have other hdd?

No it wasn't a fresh install, but you can put a OP from a SSD to a other PC that new... its the only SSD i have, so i don't want to put the OP on the HDD i'm sure you understand
