I recently formatted my qosmio f755-3D350 , and i install the original windows , but it still running slowly

Solution
Well, the simple fix would be to just put a SSD in it. The current HDD COULD be failing, which is making it slow, but even if not, it's a slow 5400 RPM model that was never "fast" to begin with. My gut tells me this is HDD related, though.
Specs of this laptop are nice Intel I7 etc, (https://www.manualslib.com/manual/328753/Toshiba-Qosmio-F755-3d350.html)

so you have a clean install on the system and it feels sluggish?

1. run SPECCY and take a look at the temperature a too warm CPU will throttle itself.

2. I would benchmark it to see what part is being sluggish Toshiba has its own Diagnostic tools as per manual (https://www.manualslib.com/manual/203359/Toshiba-P740-Bt4n22.html?page=161#manual) see if anything raises alarms

3. I would (unplug, and remove battery first) and blow air into the fins and fan to dislodge dust from the cooling components

those are a basics things, "my computer is running slow" is like saying " my car drives slow" we truly need more details
when its is slow on start up, from power button to OS screen how long?
is it when you launch an application ? etc etc...

Ok from the power button to the desktop screen "the windows ringtones " it took about 9 to 10 min after that to run application like Microsoft Office word it took 1 to 2 min , and even when i run" word" it took time to i can use it .
