PC running surprisingly slow

I have upgraded my pc from amd to i5 and ecs motherboard, it already got 2 gb RAM, 500 GB hdd
after getting i5 I thought I must install Windows 7... but after installing this OS im getting shocked by its speed, if i run a video on youtube then im hardly able to fill a pdf form while listening it... I have paid version of quickheal too..

don't know what quickheal is but it's not needed, more ram. 2GB is not a lot 4GB would help. Latest drivers for everything? including motherboard chipset?

Quickheal is an Antivirus, my windows is 32bit, I am not sure about drivers as everything is working fine except speed.

check chipset drivers and update them, likewise GPU drivers. what clock speed is your cpu running at when it is doing this? CPU-Z can tell. What temp is the CPU at?
