Question Pc runs, but no video output.

Hello, so i recently switched a motherboard with a used one. The problem i am having is that at first it said "pc ran into a problem" (the windows message) and after that it does not show Any display whatsoever. Also something strange is that when i start it, it spins the fans and turn off then on the second start everything is fine. I tried different gpu, without gpu, different ram and nothing seems to work... Please help, can this be a faulty board, or?
The mobo is a Foxconn on the 1155 socket.

I had the same problem a couple of months ago and the thing that worked was removing the CMOS battery and putting it back on. Worked like bread/butter ever since.
