PC runs but screen keyboard and mouse not working

Hello today I ordered parts

Mobo MSI h110m eco
CPU i3 7100 3.9ghz socket 1151
Ram g.skill 8gb 2133mhz aegis single stick


I already got a case, PSU and
GPU is a gt430tested and working too

When I assembled all together I turned on and no signal on screen (screen brand new and works tested)
And keyboard and mouse no signal too(no lights)

All fans work .. it runs the sistem, but no signal
