Hi there guys,
newbie here. I am after some help with my rig. It has been built in 2020 and it runs fine, but in some games it does not feel smooth enough. Especially fps games like apex legends.

CPU: RYZEN 5 3600X
GPU: MSI 2070 SUPER

SystemGigabyte B450 AORUS PRO
MotherboardGigabyte GA-B450 AORUS PRO-CF (all builds)
Memory9.7 GB free of 16 GB @ 3.2 GHz
Display2560 x 1440 - 32 Bit colors
OSWindows 11
BIOS Date20191127
Uptime0 Days
Run DateJul 27 '23 at 09:50
Run Duration125 Seconds
Run UserGBR-User
Background CPU1%

I've run benchmark and below are resulsts

UserBenchmarks: Game 110%, Desk 91%, Work 100%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X - 91.3%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070S (Super) - 118.2%
SSD: Kingston A400 480GB - 88.5%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB (2018) - 84.7%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB - 90.1%
MBD: Gigabyte GA-B450 AORUS PRO-CF

Would anyone be able to assist me with getting more out of the rig? More fps, maybe more stable. I do have 1440 screen and with capped 144 during different scenarios it does get below 110 during more intense fights. I do also get random tear here and there that I really want to eliminate :/

any help appreciated as im not that tech savy :D

Hello! I hope you are well, If you want to optimize your rig for better gaming in Apex Legends you need to, update GPU drivers, update Windows and BIOS, monitor and manage temperatures, lower in-game graphics settings, close unnecessary background apps, consider mild overclocking if comfortable, keep SSD optimized with free space and TRIM, enable G-Sync (FreeSync) for the reduced screen tearing, perform clean GPU driver install.
I hope this can solve your problem, Thank you.

Run UBM like this.
Reboot.
Wait a few mins.
Run ubm with the browser closed.
Post a LINK to the results page don't copy and paste stuff.

this is after restart with everything off
Did you wait a few mins after the reboot before running ubm?

Just to pick around the edges.

You have a lot of stuff loading at startup to be using over 5GB of ram.
Perhaps make the startup group skinny.

Your a little behind with the bios perhaps update that and also check the chipset driver for an update.
