Pc runs more slow than ever

Hi, after i got a new GPU my pc runs extremly slow, and everything is slow.

The GPU is GEFORCE GTX 670 4gb..
Motherboard : MSI H61M-P31/W8 Intel LGA1155 mATX MB
CPU : Intel® Core™ i7-2700K Processor
PSU: XFX 550W
Ram : Ballistix 4gb rab x2

Using DDU to uninstall the GPU driver in safe mode, then reinstall the driver again.

Also check out the gpu temp too by software like HWiNFO64. http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php

I did do that cin19 but its still slow, i installed speccy and i saw that my CPU was 95C and others where at 30C ish, now i put new thermal paste on and i am gonna see if that works. I will also try DDU again. Thanks for replying so quickly.

Apperently it was the cooling paste.
