Question PC runs slower after Windows reinstall

So recently I reinstalled my Windows 10 using keep my files option and I immediately noticed that everything is slower. BIOS time went from 13 to 16 seconds, everything randomly freezes, programs not responding. I have updated Windows and drivers to the newest versions, did a deep clean with few antivirus software, defragmanted HDD and ssd but nothing seems to help.

My PC spec:
Intel i5 6400
Rx 580 8gb ddr5
8gb ddr4 ram
1tb HDD
120gb sandisk SSD

those options for install never work for me either, i would back up everything and do a Clean install

seriously. there was a reason you reinstalled windows--probably because something was wrong.

you need to fix it the right way or play needle in the haystack for who knows how long. it takes less than 10 minutes for a full Clean install as per those instructions exactly.
