Question Pc runs then freeze 😟

I am sorry if I posted in the wrong place but am new and i really need directions please. Its been 2 days ive been battling with my pc being freeze even when its only watching movies or doing nothing at all... I have a photo when i run memtest64 and it freezes again but I dont know how to post it😔
