Question Pc says no signal with new graphics card

Hello I have this problem when I start my pc it will say no signal or its lagging. After I restart it, it works fine so I need to restart it everytime start my pc first time in the day. My graphics card is msi gtx 1080 gaming x+ before this graphic card I had rx 460 and it worked fine .
Cpu : amd ryzen 5 3600
Gpu : msi gtx 1080 gaming x+
Mother board : msi b450 tomahawk max
Ram : 16gb 3200mhz hyperX predator ddr4
Psu : 750 w 80+ gold silentium pc
240 gb ssd
2 tb hdd
