Question PC Screen Stutter

Hi Guys

I changed from a 6700xt to a 7800 xt in December, following this change I started getting random stutters in gaming.

I have 3 different monitors I tested with and all experiencing the same issue, flipped back to the 6700xt and no issues on any of the screens with this.

Would you suspect it is the GPU causing this or is there a setting I might be able to change?

Check in the Radeon settings if its using AMD Fluid Motion Frames. I recently noticed a game where it wasn't using it well and was causing me to go for a couple seconds then stutter, then go again and so on. I turned off Fluid Motion Frames and it went back to normal.
