PC screen turned black while operating, now won't boot

I was on my PC browsing the web and suddenly i see my cursor lagging as hell, then my screen lags, black screen and then it came on for a second just to go black again. I turned it off and now it won't boot at all. Nothing. Tried cleaning it entirely but it didn't help.

So, I changed the SATA port on my mother board and it showed me the Windows 10 loading thing but then black screen again. Faulty HDD perhaps?
