Pc screen turning white after opening a game or video editing software but sound still working on back ground

I've had this PC for over a year and i left it in the same place without touching it for 1 month and 1 week as i went in vacation. when i came back the PC was turning white like once in a while and i wasn't concerned about it as i rebooted it and it was working but now it is being repeatedly and continuo. since the screen turns white when i open a game or video editing software and i can hear the sound of my music or what i was playing in back ground and the only way to get everything back is to restart the PC the pc never had issues this past year and has worked fine today i had time to factory reboot the PC but the issue was still the same. HELP ME

NVIDIA GTS 1050 PALIT

WINDOWS 10
1TB HDD STORAGE

Does the problem still happen if you remove the Palit GeForce GTX 1050 StormX and just use the Intel HD Graphics 630 IGP (Integrated Graphics Processor) on the i3-7100?
