Question Monitors randomly shut off twice every day and can't be turned back on ?

Does anyone know a fix for my issue? After some dumb #€%! update Windows forced on me around september/january my pc has been shutting off both monitors twice every single ^@%+ing day almost without fail (some rare days its once or three times) while the fan speeds up to max. The monitors won't turn on again unless i forcefully shut down on the pc

Edit: now its 3 times a day and much quicker.

Full system specs, including PSU make and model (or part number) is? Also, how old the PSU is, and was the PSU bought new or used/refurbished?

Not that the monitors themselves shut off, but PC crashes and monitors loose the video signal.
Restarting the PC and booting back in to Windows fixes the issue.

Could be software issue (easy fix) or could be hardware issue (can be very costly). But 1st answer what i initially asked, including info about PSU.
