So I upgraded from a
i5 7400
1060 6GB
H110M ECO
16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz
520W PSU(something inter argus, pretty bad)
2x 1TB SATA SSD 870 EVO & QVO

to
i5 14600KF
1060 6GB
GIGABYTE B760M D3HP DDR4
16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz
Seasonic B12 750W
2x 1TB SATA SSD 870 EVO & QVO

I keep getting a black screen and the fans turn on at their max speed, randomly, or when I go in any game CS2, basically anything, also while I was watching a movie.
I reinstalled my windows so many times it's crazy, I thought it was because of GIGABYTE software, but it's not because I didn't install any this time and it's still doing it.
I tried with 1 ram stick at a time, it's not the ram, I tried stress testing to see if the temps go crazy, they didn't

OCBASE/OCCT tests

And I did a test in Furmark View: https://imgur.com/a/PNMOw06
for like 3 minutes, after I stopped it and then like 5 minutes later, it all went black and fan max speed.
I tried installing uninstalling with DDU nvidia drivers, didn't help.
And also it sometimes crashes when it's booting into windows, like right when Windows opens up and it's showing me to enter the pin, it all goes black and it turns the fan to the max speed.

I installed WhoCrashed and this is the report

Description: DirectX Graphics Kernel
Product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
Company: Microsoft Corporation
Bug check description: This indicates that one of the display engines failed to respond in timely fashion.
Analysis: This is a video related crash. A DirectX driver was identified on the stack. Since there is no other responsible driver detected, it is suggested that you look for an updated driver for your graphics hardware. It's also possible that your graphics hardware was non-functional or overheated.

I want to say that my pc was working perfectly and I never had this issue with my i5 7400 and 1060 6GB.
If anyone knows what could be the cause, I'd love to hear it.

EDIT: I also was in a call with a friend on Discord screensharing and when it happened the screen share froze for them, but I could still hear them and talk to them for like 20 seconds. No idea if this helps or anything but just adding it here

Starting with:

"520W PSU(something inter argus, pretty bad)"

Age? History of heavy use for gaming, video editing, or even bit-mining?

= = = =

Look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.

If there are increasing numbers of errors and/or varying errors that makes, in my mind, the PSU very suspect.

Is is possible to swap in another known working PSU? Be sure to use only the cables that come with that PSU.

= = = =

Also, be sure that all important data is backed up at least 2 x to locations away from the problem system.

Verify that the backups are recoverable and readable.

This is the Event Viewer, and I'm using the 750W Seasonic B12

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

I reinstalled my windows so many times it's crazy, I thought it was because of GIGABYTE software, but it's not because I didn't install any this time and it's still doing it.
Recreate your bootable USB installer for the OS(to rule out a corruption), then install the OS in offline mode with only the drive you intend to install the OS on hooked to the system(leaving all drives disconnected), then manually install all drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

You should've gone with a Z series chipsetted motherboard since you went with a K SKU processor.

Latest bios version, F4.

And I went with this one because it was cheaper and I'm not planning on overclocking

Will defer to @Lutfij regarding Z-series chips.

Try running "dism" and "sfc /scannow".

This motherboard?

Doublecheck the RAM installation and how RAM was installed per physically numbered Page 14.
Yes, that's the motherboard, I put 1 stick in A2 and the second stick in B2, exactly like this (not my image)

And both sfc and dism didn't find anything
