Question PC seems to crash under CPU load.... I think.

I recently upgraded my PC to a Ryzen5 3600 with the stock cooler on a ASRock B550M-HDV motherboard with a Sapphire RX 5600 card and 16GB of 3600 RAM.

Most of the time the system seems to run fine. However if I play certain CPU intensive games (Oxygen Not Included) the screen eventually just blacks out and the PC reboots.

Playing at a reduced speed prolonged the shut down.
I've tried running the RAM at native speed as well.

I'm unsure if my motherboard or CPU cooler is the culprit as I know I took the very cheapest of motherboards.

I tried using MSI Afterburner to diagnose the issue, but I'm out of my depth.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

VRM 1 2 and 3 all give no reading at all through MSI Afterburner....I think. Min 0 C, Max 0 C.
CPU hits high 80's under load.
GPU Sits around 63-65 C.
Do you have Afterburner set to display VRM temperatures in the properties?
