Question PC seems to work but it doesn't boot up

When I turn the computer on, the fans and motherboard's RGB start working. I need to access bios. What should I do?

Del/F2 during boot
take note of beeps or leds in computer and compare to your manual
Use a different video cable or video output.
We will need more info if you want more suggestions, whats your motherboard and video card. Which processor is installed, how you are connected to the monitor as well as monitor being used.

1)Del/f2 don't work
2)i-5 9400F, 1660 super, Asus Prime B-360m-k, connected to monitor through motherboard's VGA because the Gp doesn't have one. Can this impact?

Yes it can impact. Keep the connection from the motherboard to the monitor and remove the graphics card from the slot (and the power connections to it) and try booting to the BIOS again.

I forgot to ask the question itself : so, when I turn the computer on, it seems to work but nothing appears on the screen, even the mb logo.
