Question PC semi-crashes - - audio stops then several other parts of Windows fail, requiring a manual reboot ?

So like the title says, I don't usually come to computer hardware forums usually mostly whenever I have an issue its already online or I can figure it out myself but recently (as in the last four months) I bought a new computer. Great stuff top of the line processor, 64 gigs of ram. But now whenever I play a video game of any kind my computer crashes.

Now I have no idea what's causing this which is why I'm writing this but last month my wifi would randomly cut out on my computer and but now it seems to have gotten progressively worse whenever I try to play any type of game (for example I was just trying to play a game called Going Medieval and it did this, prompting me to post this.

This whole issue started probably like two weeks ago, randomly out of the blue at first I thought it was random but starting last week it probably happened three times yet starting this week it can happen now four to five times a day. Frankly I have no idea whats happening to my computer. At first I thought it was my SSD which is not new to my computer and I've had since probably around 2022 but that would make no sense because theres nothing writing to it when I'm playing as far as I'm aware.

Then there was a blue screen crash that pointed to a GPU driver error then I updated my drivers. Still didn't work now I'm wondering if its an issue with Windows 11 some kind of update that I don't know about because I don't really keep up with Windows 11 news. Or something more serious which I highly doubt. The only two things I imagine this being is an issue with Windows 11 which I just ran a repair install and that didn't work at all or a ram issue. I'm writing this because frankly I don't know whats wrong and I would like some input.

You may want to go I to the display settings/ graphics / graphics default/ and turn off hardware accerated gpu scheduling.

It can cause some instability in games and crashes.

It is not that, I had that off previously. When I am in a game my audio starts to crackle then my game begins to stutter then my windows itself stops responds. When it comes back I lose internet connection and sometimes I lose my ability to use my mouse or keyboard sometimes both.

Now if it is an overheating problem I use a

Are the 64 GB a kit of 2 or 4 ?

If 2 remove sticks 1 and 3

One being closest to CPU.

Stutter generally from my experience is a ram problem. Also memory for 4 looks like 3600 is max speed standard for chip any higher is a overclock pulled from amd site.

You can also update the bios to latest version as some memory modules by Corsair may need a bios update to run properly.

At what speed are you running that DDR5 RAM? @beyondlogic has listed the maximum RAM speeds that the Ryzen 7 7700X can handle so if you have it clocked faster than that in the BIOS then that's a problem right there.

I'd like to see more data, so please download and run the SysnativeBSODCollectionApp and upload the resulting zip file to a cloud service with a link to it here. The SysnativeBSODCollectionApp collects all the troubleshooting data we're likely to need. It DOES NOT collect any personally identifying data. It's used by several highly respected Windows help forums (including this one). I'm a senior BSOD analyst on the Sysnative forum where this tool came from, so I know it to be safe.

Yeah I was testing today and I figured out this has nothing to do with any hardware on my computer I assume one of the RGB softwares either ICUE or Razer had a very broken update that makes my computer go haywire because I was watching my parts goto 100% randomly in a middle of a game when they normally wouldn't do that and afterwards my RGB software continued to hog up my resources to the point my monitor shut off. I'll upload a video of what it looks like when this happens
 

I was going to upload this yesterday to the thread but after this happened I decided to bug around with some stuff and try to figure out what happened but currently my conclusion is its most likely a piece of software making my computer acting like this because I do not overclock my computer. This only happens when I'm in a high intensity game because I can play other games fine. Just not like new games.

I also have been monitoring my temps and they are fine, but once the audio crackling starts and even if I get off the game the computer begins to slow down immensely to the point where it is unresponsive and I've learned today if I let it run long enough the monitor also loses connection to the computer.
 
It looks like you may be missing some drivers...

I would check all installed drivers against the drivers available from ASRock for your motherboard. There are a lot up updated drivers dated 2024 - including, importantly, the chipset package. Also, for notebooks and laptops only ever use the graphics driver from the laptop maker's website, never direct from AMD (or Nvidia)
