Question PC set up for gaming at 120 FPS

Hey guys,

I am planning to build a single PC setup for both gaming and streaming under budget. I just want it to hit 120 FPS . I am thinking of buying a Ryzen 5 3600X CPU and RTX 2060. Also I am planning to power my system with 16gigs of 3200MHZ RAM. Is this setup good for gaming at 120 FPS ? Is it suitable for streaming also ?

Please help me with your suggestions.
