hello i have a i7 7700 cpu/ msi gtx 970/ 8 gigs ddr4 ram tryin to play tarkov but keep geeting hiccups in fire fights which fps drops to 20 or so run fine till then run medium settings usaly stays at 60 fps with the ocasional 43 fps drop even low settings has same performace any sugestions ?

FPS drops should be expected when playing games. Some areas of the map (and quick movements as well) just have more objects that need to render in a short amount of time and becomes more demanding, which translates into FPS drops.

It could be worth starting to look at what sort of loads you're getting while your gaming. Can you provide the following information (while gaming):
- CPU Loads
- CPU Temps
- GPU Loads
- GPU Temps
- RAM Loads
