I am gonna get a new PC soon because my current one is trash. I'm wanting to get PC good enough to stream games example Dead by Daylight, CS:GO etc. and I don't know streaming requirements very well.

My Current Plan:
Case:
Something useful

Motherboard:
Asus Z170 Pro Gaming

CPU:
Propably i5

CPU Cooler:
I prefer liquid one

RAM:
Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB DDR4 (2x8GB)

GPU:
Asus GeForce GTX 680 Double SLI

Hard Drive:
1TB

PSU:
What's needed

Note:
I want to play my games at 60fps max settings 1080p and be able to stream still. Im not going to overclock. Stream atleast 720p. Budget ~500€ but above if needed.

Solution
if u're not going to OC, why bother planning to buy the Z-series mobo anyway?
anyway:
Stream? Ryzen all the way, streaming performance benefits from core/threads, so the more u have, the better
R5 1600 (OCable but perform fine even if u don't OC it, also comes with a pretty decent stock cooler) > R5 1400 if the budget is too tight (it has 4c/8t which is still better than the i5's 4c/4t)
B350 mobo
16 GB DDR4-3000 (faster speed = better for Ryzen)
GPU: this is the hard part... pretty much anything beyond 1050ti are overpriced right now so i can't recommend anything, but finding a GTX 1060/ RX580 is the lowest GPU u want to get if u need max@1080p@60fps, if the price is too high, might as well go all the way to 1070 / Vega
HDD/SSD: getting...

HDD/SSD: getting a 128GB SSD for your OS is a recommended, as it will increase your system's performance significantly, as for the HDD, it's up to your preference

Solution
If someone knows a bit more about streaming than me so I have few questions. Does your processor have to be better than game recommends to stream max settings? Does the GPU have to be better than that? How much RAM I need for dual monitor, stream and play game that requires 8GB RAM at the same time?

i might not have any experience in this, but i tried using nvidia's shadowplay (like a gameplay recorder), and as i use it, the fps drops while the system usage got higher. (streaming / recording quality affects the burden, the higher its quality, the more demanding it will be)

so, logically, yes, u will need better system so that it can handle both task at the same time (gaming + streaming at the same time) u will also need a good and stable internet connection. (guess u'll need the 1070 so u can have spare fps to be sacrificed when u stream, this is also the reason why Ryzen is better, as it had more cores, they will be able to handle multitasking much better)

As for the exact number required (RAM size etc), i can't say much since my internet connection is so bad i couldn't try streaming at all

Edit: forgot to mention this: If u're not going to OC, u won't need liquid cooler too, just stick with the stock cooler and u'll be fine, it can even handle some light OC if u ever need it (referring to Ryzen's stock cooler)
