Shopping around for a new (inexpensive) gaming Desktop. I am open to spending about $750 give or take. My last laptop cost $1400 (by samsung) and was crap, I had to return it and am now bk on my old 2010 HP Pavillion, 4GB i3 which is ready to die at any moment and has made it nearly impossible to run my go-to game (FV2) lmao. Yes, I am a devout farmer people. I would like to be able to play this game flawlessly.

Below are the minimum requirements for this game, yet again, I need to stress "flawless" gameplay is what I am aiming for:
Recommended Computer or Hardware Specs
CPU - Computer processor should be at least 4-Core. AMD 8-core processor or Intel Core i7 is recommended.
Graphics Card - Atleast 1GB Video Card. Nvidia Graphics Card is recommended.
Memory (RAM) - Atleast 8GB of RAM

(sidebar) I also would love to convert to Morrowind online., but as long as I can farm I'm good.

Originally I planned to wait for cyber monday and purchase the CyberPower PC ultra gamer @$599.99 based on my needs & its high rating/reviews on BestBuy, but its already sold out, not to mention after further research, I found that its graphics is apparently crap.

Help?
