[SOLVED] Pc short beeps continuosly, then restarts and does it all over again

the Beeps are error codes from the motherboard. the motherboard must perform and pass the Power On Self Test, or POST. any failure of post will report as a series of beeps. the duration and amount of beeps will have different meanings depending on the BIOS installed on the motherboard.

Google your motherboard model number and make with the words "Beep codes" for a description of what specifically the error is.
