I have a gtx 1060 3gb, Intel i3 8100, Gigabyte H310M DS2, 8GB ram 650w PSU and 2 Tb of storage.
Since fitting the 8100 my pc will power up for anywhere between 30 seconds - 2 minutes but will not display anything on screen (just fans spinning) and then restarts to do the same again.
I have had it tested and done some myself and have establishrd it is neither the Motherboard or the GPU that is creating the shortage.
When fitting a 750w PSU onto it it runs perfectly however after testing my 650 is in perfect condition and should be more than adequate to run this system.
The reason do not just buy a 750 is that 1. I do not have the money and 2. it seems unneccessary for such a system.
If anyone may have any suggestions or solutions it would be greatly appreciated.
