[SOLVED] PC showing a black screen when i try to turn on and the keyboard not working

Hello,everyone. I have an issue where my pc turns on only to show a black screen with the amount of RAM "4096 MB" memory on the left corner, the version of the bios,i think in the left bottom "v01.26" and "<F9=Boot Menu> <F10=Setup> <F12=Network>" in the bottom right corner. Above the text in the bottom right there is written the model of the unit "HP Compaq dc7900 Convertible Minitower". The problem is that the keyboard is not working(num lock doesn't turn on the led light on the keyboard after it stops "calculating" i think the amount of ram) and if i manage to press F10 for example before it calculates the RAM the options in the bottom right corner stop showing. Can anyone,please help me?

HP Compaq dc7900 Convertible Minitower looks to be a late 2010 model. I suggest replacing the CR2032 battery.
