Question Pc showing black screen with underscore

Guys I need your help with my problem. I tried to go into BIOS mode multiple times but after some time my screen displayed a white underscore on a black screen . Before I shut down the PC, I enabled Safe-Boot thinking it would help with opening the BIOS. I don't know what to do. I tried removing the graphic card because the motherboard shows a white light and I removed my SSD to boot from a linux USB. Thank you in advance.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, used, refurbished)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Have you tried connecting another known working monitor?

Swap in a new CMOS battery just as a matter of elimination.

Hello, thank you for your response. My PSU is from bequiet! and has 500W and should still work. The main disk is an Nmve SSD from WB with aprox 80 GB storage left. I tried to connect on my main Monitor and it didn't work but on my second Monitor it displayed this black screen. I also tried reseting by removing the CMOS battery but that also didn't work. If you need more info please tell.

Reset BIOS settings to default.

Removing battery is not enough. There's still some residual charge in psu capacitors.
Disconnect pc from power,
remove battery,
press and hold power button for a couple seconds, to discharge psu capacitors.

You can also short battery contact pads on motherboard for double confirmation.
And you can also short BIOS reset pins on motherboard for triple confirmation.

Hello, thanks for the help but sadly it didn't work. I did the steps except the last two suggestions because I didn't know how to do that.
