[SOLVED] PC shows 0 drives but boots into windows normally, boot manager shows disks

Hello. So just to clarify my pc boots normally, this is just something weird I think. When I boot it says 0 drives, and lists components connected. It still boots into windows like normal and works, but if I plug in a USB and try to boot it says 1 drive?
When I enter BIOS I can see the drives as normal and choose them in boot priority, but when I enter PCH Storage Configuration they are not listed anywhere. How can I make the BIOS list them when starting the system?

I'm not seeing an issue.
"Windows Boot Manager" is what you're booting from. This is normal.

Hmm. Okay. Do you know why it doesnt show any drives in PCH Storage Configuration and on boot 0 drives?
