PC shows black screen after *starting windows* screen

I get a black screen when i run heavy games like pubg and gta v i get a black screen with black lines and the screen freeze and I had to close it from the case button, and i decided to reinstall windows but got the same problem and after closing the pc from the case button and running windows i got a screen with some strange colors then the screen freezes,tried to rebot windows in safe mode and it works well,i get this problem after installing the gpu driver and i tried to install other versions of the gpu driver but didnt worked and shows only black screen

and tried to use another the gt 210 gpu it worked well,and i've the AMD radeon r7 265
optiplex 790
core i5-2400
6gb ram 1333hz
radeon r7 265

That is probably caused by using an inadequate power supply.

So is the GPU damaged ?

And the GPU worked with the power supply for more than 2 years...

But it's 500w power supply and it worked with the same pc and same gpu for more than 2 years
