Question PC shut down, now stuck on windows loading dots

I've had an issue lately with my battery, so only my charger works. It comes out a lot, but this time.. my windows is stuck on those rotating dots. Even the automatic repair loads forever.

I tried a recovery DVD that's been inside my cabinet not been touched, and even that is stuck on the windows logo and rotation by dots. What the heck. Sorry but I'm upset, lol. Help me out please.

Anyone help me out, I'm putting the recovery iso onto a USB instead.

I tried using a USB as well, with a freshy downloaded iso.. and it's still froze on the exact same windows logo. This issue seems deeper than just windows. My ram looks fine as it appears fully. Help me out c'mon, thanks.

I got a pnp watchdog blue screen as I waited for the recovery USB to load anything. So strange.

I made a discovery and my PC only loads when my second hard drive is taken out, but windows doesn't load from this. What do I do now, I need this hardrive as it contains 1tb in games
