Question Pc shut down, won't turn on

My pc shut down while I was out and now it won't turn back on.
I removed all devices
Checked wall outlet with a lamp
Tried to turn my pc on using the mobo switch pwr_sw instead of the case switch.

I turn off the power supply and then on. If i try to start my pc it works for a second and then turns off again. Mobo has led lights on but no led code.

Any ideas why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, used, refurbished)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Will the PC boot into safe mode?

I would check the voltage on the PS_ON signal on the 24pin ATX connector on the motherboard. Should go from 5vdc to 0Vdc when power button is pressed.
