PC shut off down randomly while playing a game [TEMPS ARE FINE!]

This issue has happened before, but the last time it happened was about 4-5 months ago. Temps are usually between 30-40 idle and 50-60 playing.

was playing Apex Legends. if it matters.

i don't know what's causing this and I haven't paid too much attention until now because the last time it happened was months ago.

is anything wrong with the voltages?

drivers are all up to date.

Play the game on lowest settings just to test. Are you using process lasso by any chance?

I was playing it at lowest. and I don't use that program nor do i know what it is
