PC shut while playing games and won't turn back on

Hello, I just built my PC last month and I was playing GTA 5 today and it shut down out of the blue and won't turn back on. I'm not entirely sure what to do, the lights on the montherboard are growing so I'm thinking it has nothing to do with the motherboard or PSU but I could be wrong. Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

Ok first off I'm new to the site so I didn't mean to down vote your comment.

CPU ryzen 5 1600
8gig of Ram
Coursair 650 PSU
Xfx rx 580 8gig

how long are able to play? since it is not coming back temps too high whatever heated needs to cool down so powersuply maybe ok.check your heatsink of cpu if seated correctly?download hwmonitor check temperatures?

I've been able to play for long periods of time. So I should just wait and let it cool down then try and turn it on, because right now it won't turn on

try this to turn on but you need to find the bottleneck looks like powersupply maybe heating.you cant monitor it i guess. pull power from powersupply. take out battery on the motherboard if you donttt know the pins to reset the bios. after you take out battery wait 5 minutes put it back on. connectt the power to powersuply hitt the button.

I tried that and it still didn't turn on
