Question PC shutdown by it self

my full spec
Asrock A320M-hdv r4.0 (bios 7.10)
ryzen 5 5600
Ram 16GB
gtx 1650 super
Seasonic S12III-500 500W

3 days ago dedicated upgrade to ryzen 5 5600, so far this build not have problem while non gaming or light gaming, but yesterday while play genshin my pc shutdown by it self ( i thinking what cause but my first think maybe psu or overheat problem), and today while play game " Gold Rush The Game" pc shutdown again and i don't have clue for now

event viewer say event ID 41, and my pc sound while shutdown like you force unplug psu cable from power outlet so this true psu problem or other cause ?

Brand and model of the RAM?

Do you have to recycle the power on the PSU to let it start again?

test 10 minute pc working fine, test gaming again it seems like fine (this is my bad not try one by one ) i try disable fastboot and over temp protection on bios at same time, so can't say what cause this problem, anyway this ryzen 5 5600 always got 40-50 still safe right use stock cooler ? cause my old 2400G while idle never more than 40

stock amd cooler AMD Wraith Stealth, 2 fan case and use deepcool XFan 120, case enlight nebula like this one

i would try repaste cpu cooler and made sure it is well fix for the case since it have front glass you should at least have 2 intake in front and a exhaust in back and top could not find case manual what is the space for cpu cooler and do you look to get better cfm fans for case .

i see on enlight site delete this case from they site, so not find detail but i found on other site

my cpu run at 39 c with a fan speed of 850 rpm now .

Fixed my mobo is the problem, after change to new board and tested at services store working fine now
