Like the title says I've got a weird problem. My PC is shutting down for no reason mostly during gaming. And it is not an abrupt shutdown but a normal one like if I was closing the computer myself, closing all the programs then shutting down windows. And it happen from time to time not all the time when a play a game.

I've bought new fans, new CPU cooler because I thought it was because of overheating but all my temps are fine under 65c. I really don't know what to do anymore. Here's my specs:

CPU: I7-4770K
Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth Z87
GPU: Radeon RX580
OS: WIN10
24GB Ram

A little help would be appreciated, thank you.

It could be a problem with some PSU rail not delivering enough power.

To validate, try running the games at lower detail, resolution and if possible at a fixed maximum frame rate. The idea is to lower the GPU usage and therefore the power drain so it remains below the threshold that causes issues.

Double-check your PSU, its power delivery capabilities and the cable connections to the motherboard and the video card. You may need to swap some cable on the video card so it goes on a different rail of the PSU.
